Why choose 2markdown?
Convert, inspect, and reuse Markdown for docs, AI prompts, RAG prep, notes, and publishing without switching tools.
OCR and AI conversion are capped by monthly credits so heavy scanned files do not create surprise usage.
Pro and Team unlock supported public-link workflows across the nine approved content platforms.
These plans focus on the web app experience first: upload, paste, preview, convert, and export from one place.
Yes. Monthly billing is flexible. Yearly billing lowers the effective monthly price: Pro becomes US$5/month when billed as US$60 annually, and Team becomes US$10/seat/month when billed as US$120 annually.
Credits are the monthly allowance for AI-assisted conversion such as OCR-heavy PDFs, complex file extraction, or other higher-cost document processing. Browser-side Markdown tools remain separate from the AI/OCR credit pool.
Basic only has limited beta access. Full supported-platform usage is part of Pro and Team for YouTube, WeChat, Bilibili, Twitter/X, podcast pages or RSS, TikTok/Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
Some public pages do not expose transcripts, article text, or comments in a reliable way. When public content is unavailable, the converter may return metadata and warnings instead of pretending it extracted a full article.
Basic has limited beta access. Pro and Team include the current Notion and Google Docs Markdown workflows, with OAuth and deeper account integrations still treated as future product work.
No. API access is intentionally postponed. These plans are for the web app, Markdown tools, AI/OCR credits, content links, and team usage.
No. Batch processing is a future paid-feature candidate, but it is not implemented and is not promised in the current plans.
Paid AI/OCR conversions should stop at the monthly cap and reset on the next billing cycle. Extra credit purchases are a future option, not part of the current pricing page.
Yes. Team is designed around pooled usage, so a small documentation, research, or content team can share AI/OCR credits and content link conversions.
Yes. Paid users can cancel directly from the product through Account > Billing. If billing is handled by Creem, that button may open Creem's secure customer portal, but cancellation is still started from inside 2markdown. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period unless the subscription is canceled immediately by request or because of policy abuse.
New monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the first payment, and new yearly subscriptions are eligible within 14 days of the first payment, as long as the account has not used more than 10% of the included monthly AI/OCR credits or content link conversions. Renewals, unused credits, partial billing periods, and accounts closed for abuse are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges, billing errors, failed service delivery, or legally required refunds are reviewed separately.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times can vary, but refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days after they are processed by the payment provider.
Paid checkout should use Creem as merchant of record once subscriptions are enabled. Taxes, invoices, payment methods, cancellation access, and customer portal details are shown during hosted checkout. Until checkout links and self-service billing are connected, Pro and Team buttons route to contact.
No. 2markdown is an independent product. Any AI/OCR model, parser, infrastructure, or content-platform names refer to third-party integrations or supported source formats, not sponsorship or endorsement.
